Psychedelic Therapies

Psychedelic integration services are offered as a way for people to prepare prior to a psychedelic journey or afterwards to gain insight about their process. People who have done or are going to do psychedelics (cannabis, LSD, MDMA, psilocybin, peyote, DMT, Ayahuasca, 5MEO, etc…) are going to have both positive and negative experiences. Positive experiences from the journey are often not applied or incorporated when people return to everyday life. Negative experiences can be traumatic in nature fueling toxic shame that ignites mental health and addiction issues leaving a negative impact on our lives. To address these undesired outcomes, psychedelic integration services provide necessary planning within a safe environment, accurate psycho-education, intention setting, psychological preparation and care, trauma resolution, recovery work, and pre/post-psychedelic session integration.

Psychedelic Integration

Therapeutic application of cannabis during psychedelic assisted therapy offers a pathway to unconscious processes and trauma healing. Within this therapeutic setting, the healing qualities of cannabis can help people access their trauma material. During a psychedelic assisted session, people have the opportunity to try out and be introduced to plant medicine or do a deeper exploration of their psyches without the complications other medicines have. The therapist provides the needed knowledge of plant medicines and acts as a guide holding the space and witnessing and guiding the healing journey.

The combination of Cannabis Sativa with mindfulness practices and breathwork offers a psychedelic journey like any other powerful psychedelic. Cannabis is considered a somatic psychedelic and helps clear out trauma residue held in the body. Medical cannabis is prescribed for conditions like PTSD, chronic pain, anxieties, and stress for this reason. Psychedelic assisted therapy provides a legal means to complete journeying locally or even in the comfort of your own home.
